Ira C. Miller II

Ira founded Zomi Enterprises in 2019 to give organizations a more disciplined way to document work, conditions, and change. His perspective combines modern imaging tools with nearly two decades of leadership in utilities, healthcare operations, regulated environments, vendor coordination, emergency response, facility support, and multi-site programs.

That background includes responsibility in mission-critical drinking-water operations serving military and municipal communities, leadership across complex healthcare operations, oversight of teams and vendors, and management of budgets exceeding $2 million. The result is a documentation partner who understands that photographs and scans are most valuable when they are organized around the decisions a client must make.

Credentials relevant to the work: FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot; Florida Class C Drinking Water Operator; active SAM.gov registration; CAGE 898H5.

What informs our work

Operational judgment behind every record.

Infrastructure discipline

Experience in water utilities, compliance-sensitive operations, facilities, and service continuity supports deliberate capture plans and usable reporting.

Leadership & coordination

Workforce leadership, vendor management, executive communication, emergency response, and multi-site program experience help Zomi fit into active project teams.

Modern documentation tools

Ground photography, FAA-compliant aerial imaging, Matterport 3D capture, 360 imagery, 2D floor plans, GPS-aware workflows, and organized cloud delivery.

Operating standard

Useful. Traceable. Professionally delivered.

Each scope starts with the project purpose, stakeholders, access constraints, required viewpoints, naming conventions, reporting cadence, and delivery timeline. Zomi then produces a consistent visual record that can support progress reviews, closeout, maintenance planning, property decisions, and stakeholder communication.
