Built around your workflow
Keep your team focused on the build.
When progress photos come from different people, dates, and viewpoints, preparing an owner update can become another task for your project team.
Zomi provides scheduled site visits and organized visual records, giving your team consistent images to review and share. We agree on the areas, viewpoints, and delivery schedule upfront, then build a clear record as the project moves forward.

Engagement models
Match the documentation cadence to the project.
One-Time Assignment
Pre-work conditions, milestone capture, draw documentation, completion imagery, or project closeout.
30-Day Pilot
Start with one active project. Before the first visit, we agree on the number of visits, required viewpoints, deliverables, turnaround, and price. Review the images, file organization, and usefulness for stakeholder updates before deciding on recurring coverage.
Recurring Retainer
Weekly, biweekly, monthly, milestone-based, or custom recurring coverage for a project or multi-site program.
Representative work
See how visible conditions become a usable record.

Elevated context can document roof installation, exterior work, staging, surrounding conditions, and open work areas at the time of capture.

Planning your coverage
Common project questions.
How quickly will we receive the images?
Turnaround is agreed before the assignment based on the scope and deliverables. Share your owner meeting or reporting deadline so we can plan the capture and delivery schedule around it.
What do you need before visiting the site?
We coordinate a site contact, authorized areas, access arrangements, and any safety or orientation requirements before the visit. Let us know about restricted areas and required viewpoints when requesting a quote.
What happens if weather or airspace affects aerial coverage?
Aerial coverage depends on weather, airspace, and site conditions. If those conditions affect a planned visit, we coordinate any changes to the timing or scope with your team.
Can we use the images for our website and proposals?
Marketing use can be included in the assignment. We agree on intended uses, image permissions, and any owner or project restrictions before the work begins.
